The Mediacom Connections Channel is dedicated to local programming, much of it centered around local sports. Since 1981, Mediacom and its cable predecessors have provided live and tape-delayed coverage of local sporting events like high school football and basketball, and Missouri State University football and baseball. More recently, Mediacom has covered Missouri State menÕs and womenÕs basketball, high school all-star events, Youth baseball, Springfield Lasers tennis, the Price Cutter Charity Championship Golf tournament, University of Missouri basketball and football, and events with the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. We also offer great entertainment programming, including Missouri Outdoors, and more.
